It's what we do.

Our story

A passion for hardwood

Amelia Flooring was founded on a simple belief: a well-built floor should last for generations and look better with every year. What started as one craftsperson with a truck and a sander has grown into a dedicated team that treats every home like its own.

We know wood, every species, grain, and finish, and we bring that knowledge to each project, whether it's a single room refresh or a whole-home installation. We'd rather help you choose the right floor than the priciest one, and we'll tell you honestly when a repair beats a replacement.

Because we handle the work with our own trained crew from first measurement to final coat, the quality is consistent and the accountability is clear. When your name is on the truck, every floor matters, and ours is on every job we do.

Careers

Amelia Flooring is hiring!

We're looking for experienced hardwood floor installers, finishers, and helpers (no experience required for helpers) to join our team. Qualified applicants should have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, reliable transportation to the shop, and the ability to pass a drug screen. Company vehicles are provided for job sites.

These are full-time positions with holiday and vacation pay, plus health, dental, and vision insurance. Pay is based on experience: the more you bring to the crew, the more you earn.
